COVID-19 Update

Dear valued customers,

We understand that this is a very stressful time for local businesses, and we want to offer our ongoing support during this uncertain time. Our management team is continually monitoring COVID-19 developments and making necessary adjustments in response. We’ve undertaken a number of initiatives to ensure the health and safety of our people, our clients and the wider community. We are very much still operating remotely and are focused on providing continuity of service to our clients.

What steps have we taken?

The following changes have already been implemented across our business operations:

  • Office restrictions: Our office on St Georges Terrace is locked down with restricted elevator access to the floor and office door accessible for management only.

  • Remote working: We have ensured that all staff have the means to work remotely with most having done so since 23/03/2020.

  • Virtual meetings: We have the technology to offer our clients virtual meeting options in place of onsite, face-to-face meetings. Our team is available to discuss with you any concerns you have, and we encourage these discussions.

  • Upcoming events: We are working closely with our industry partners to transform our events into online webinars to be accessible on demand.

  • Travel: We have cancelled or postponed all non-essential business travel arrangements of all our staff including local, domestic and international.

We are following the advice of relevant government and health authorities closely, including social distancing and self-isolation measures. We are also encouraging strong hygiene practices to be adhered to by offering consistent reminders for staff who are working remotely to stay vigilant.

How can we help?

We’ve seen that many companies needed to quickly enforce work-from-home policies during this time and scrambled to find the right solutions.
