Leadership

managing director

Company operations are overseen by David who has more than 20 years worth of experience in the IT industry.  His history includes board level roles such as co-founder and Director of Datacom in WA, Director of Cirrus Networks and also management roles at VMWare. He joined us in 2014, tasked with building on existing expertise and services as well as driving quality deliverance.  David’s time with us has reflected an exponential growth in the company, including a full company rebranding, corporate partnerships and introducing various new complimentary lines of business.

Technical Team

Nathan provides the inspiration and leadership for the technical team. He joined us in 2014 as David’s first hire, and he has been instrumental in developing our cloud capabilities and providing ongoing support across all technology aspects to our team.

TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER

David forms part of the Diverse leadership team as a manager for both our service desk and technical projects team. He has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry. His previous experience consists of various senior roles for Managed Service Providers.

Network manager

Ian joined our team early 2018 where he quickly assumed responsibility for the design, development, performance and uptake of our network. His previous roles at iiNet and TPG saw him become widely recognised by vendors, colleagues and competitors in the field.

data base administrator

Valery Hickey

Valery joined our team in February 2019 as a Data Base Administrator in our technical team. He has over 18 years of Oracle database experience across multiple platforms and industries, including experience in Oracle E-Business suite.

Senior systems engineer

Andy joined our team early 2019 as one of our respected senior systems engineers. He has worked in the IT industry over 17 years, where 9 of which have been spent working for Manager Service Providers (MSP’s) at various levels.

Cameron began working at Red Ember in 2011 and transitioned to Diverse in 2014 after the company acquisition. He specialises in Microsoft technology and solutions, and has 25+ years of experience in the field across various industries.

Initially joining as an intern before his permanent role, Pierre has always had a strong interest in security and technology. He has completed his Bachelor’s studies and is always applying his knowledge to transform our security space.

systems administrator

Tom joined the team in February 2017 and has 10 years of experience providing support across large and small scale businesses. He is dedicated to making sure that all support issues are resolved in a rapid and professional manner.

Sales and Operations Team

Michael joined us as our key Account Manager with an extensive background in the industry. He has over 15 years of experience in account management roles, liaising with customers across enterprise, corporate and ICT sectors throughout WA.

Rick is an experienced sales professional who has a demonstrated history of working in the IT industry. With a passion for customer service and industry knowledge, Rick will be assisting our Account Managers and BDM’s with vendor quotes, proposals, orders and more.

marketing & HR coordinator

As our youngest staff member, Tiana wears multiple hats at Diverse. This reflects her interest in marketing, business law and HR as shown through her university studies,  She’s mainly responsible for our marketing, branding, events and co-sponsorship efforts with partners.

admin accounts clerk

After completing his three month internship with Diverse, Hash has officially joined our team. He assists our accounts department twice a week with various tasks whilst obtaining his Masters in Professional Accounting from ECU.

Help Desk Team

Steve came on board late 2018 after previous similar roles across Perth. After working on-site for a client the first six months of joining us, he has recently returned back to the office to support both our service desk and tech team.

Steve is a strong tech enthusiast with a background in web design and desktop support. After recent studies in network and systems administration, he joined our support team in March 2019 with a passion for IT.

Matt joined the team in March 2019 after recently moving to Perth from Sydney. He has a strong background consisting of over several years in the IT/customer service sector, spanning across small and larger businesses.

Ben has joined our expanding team after a demonstrated work history within the Perth IT scene. His skills and experience as a support officer have developed from roles at Synergy, Chevron and Lotterywest to name a few.

Stuart is a specialist in help desk support who joined us mid-2018. He has more than six years experience in the field, ranging from both remote and on site support, to operating systems support and device and application support.

Kamando has a strong history in IT ranging from both remote and onsite support in particular for MSPs. His skills and experience has developed from roles at Western Power, WA Police and Perth Children’s Hospital to name a few,
