managing director

Company operations are overseen by David who has more than 20 years worth of experience in the IT industry.  His history includes board level roles such as co-founder and Director of Datacom in WA, Director of Cirrus Networks and also management roles at VMWare. He joined us in 2014, tasked with building on existing expertise and services as well as driving quality deliverance.  David’s time with us has reflected an exponential growth in the company, including a full company rebranding, corporate partnerships and introducing various new complimentary lines of business.

Our Tech Team

chief technology officer

Nathan provides the inspiration and leadership for the technical team. He joined us in 2014 as David’s first hire, and he has been instrumental in developing our cloud capabilities and providing ongoing support across all technology aspects to our team.

Network manager

Ian joined our team early 2018 where he quickly assumed responsibility for the design, development, performance and uptake of our network. His previous roles at iiNet and TPG saw him become widely recognised by vendors, colleagues and competitors in the field.

systems engineer

David has joined our team as a systems engineer who also forms part of the leadership team. He has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry. His previous experience consists of various senior roles for Managed Service Providers.

security associate

Pierre has a Bachelor in Counter Terrorism, Security and Intelligence with a major in Computer Security. He has been with us for more than 3 years, and has always had a strong interest in security and technology usage.

Senior systems engineer

Andy joined our team early 2019 as one of our respected senior systems engineers. He has worked in the IT industry over  17 years, where 9 of which have been spent working for Manager Service Providers (MSP’s) at various levels.

Valery Hickey

Valery joined our team in February 2019 as a Data Base Administrator in our technical team. He has over 18 years of Oracle database experience across multiple platforms and industries, including experience in Oracle E-Business suite.

Michael Dodd

Michael joined us early 2019 as our Account Manager with an extensive background in the industry. He has over 15 years of experience in account management roles, liaising with customers across enterprise, corporate and ICT sectors throughout WA.

Travis has joined our team in March 2019 with an extensive background in the ICT industry. He has over 17 years of experience delivering high value network technology and software solutions to multi-national, enterprise and wholesale customers. 

project coordinator

Kelsey has been with us for more than 2.5 years, beginning at a ripe young age of 19 years. She has had the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills and has embraced the dynamic workplace to flourish in her position as Project Coordinator.

marketing coordinator

Tiana joined us early 2019 within just over a year of completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double major in Marketing and Business Law. She is our go-to marketing guru responsible for the company’s marketing, branding, events and sponsorship efforts.

Our Help Desk

Aaron is responsible for managing the operations of the service desk and site support teams. His role is crucial to ensuring customer needs are met in terms of communication, prioritising, escalating and resolving incidents and requests.

Tom joined the team in February 2017 and has 10 years of experience providing support across large and small scale businesses. He is dedicated to making sure that all support issues are resolved in a rapid and professional manner.

James Mckeown

James joined us in September 2018, where he is currently onsite full-time in Brisbane performing Level 1 and 2 help desk support tasks. He has a variety of experience in the field ranging from cloud services to building custom desktops.

Liam Manzi

Liam joined us in 2017, after completing his certificate studies in Information Technology. He is a first point of service on our help desk and conducts site visits when needed, ensuring that the best service is being provided to customers.

Stuart is a specialist in help desk support who joined us mid-2018. He has more than six years experience in the field, ranging from both remote and on site support, to operating systems support and device and application support.

Niti joined our team in October 2018 as a support technician, after previously working for Tata Consultancy Services for five years. She has completed her Bachelors in Technology and is very passionate about the IT industry.

Steve is a strong tech enthusiast with a background in web design and desktop support. After recent studies in network and systems administration, he joined our support team in March 2019 with a passion for IT.
